Have your license plate number ready when you park – you will need it to pay in advance. The license plate number must be exact. Do not add PA or a hyphen. If you choose to pay by text option, you will also need to know the name of the garage where you parked.
Three ways to pay
- Walk-Up Pay Station
Cash and credit card payments are accepted at walk-up pay stations located on the first floor of every garage near the elevator. Note: If paying with cash, please make exact payment. Pay station does not issue change. If you pay for $10 for parking with a $20 bill, you will not receive change.

- Text 2Park and pay with MobilePay
Scan the QR code or send a new text message to the five-digit number on the signage in the parking garage. Most signage is located near the elevators. You will then receive a link to register your vehicle license plate. In the body of the text, you need to enter the name of the garage (also located on signage - the garage next to the DoubleTree Hotel is the Convention Center Garage).
